Our Space
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom consists of one plush queen size bed. Premium linen and towels are provided. A small wardrobe and a set of drawers, along with a suitcase stand will provide storage for both long and short stays. You will also have a wonderful view where you can see just how close you are to the ocean.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom in this unit consists of two single size beds. Premium linen and towels are provided. A small wardrobe and a set of drawers, along with a suitcase stand will provide storage for both long and short stays. This room looks out to the green backyard with a lovely garden, consisting of numerous fruit trees and vegetables.
Kitchen
The kitchen contains all the necessities along with a number of luxuries that will make your stay wonderful.
A Nespresso machine is provided, but please bring your capsules from home.
A Weber BBQ is provided for you out the back, so you can enjoy a summer feast, along with an air fryer for easy use.
Other utilities include:
Fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, small oven and stove top, slow cooker, cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, dishes and cutlery.
Tea and instant coffee provided.

Living Area
The living area contains two double couches and a coffee table.
A TV is provided in the unit, featuring both satellite TV and a Chromecast, allowing you to cast anything from your mobile device.
A four-seater dining table is located by the kitchen.
Next to the dining table is the popular window seat - lay with a book or have a nap in the sun!
Wifi is also provided to our guests.

Bathroom
The bathroom contains all the essentials you need for your stay. Towels are provided, including extra large towels for the adults!
Body wash and hand soap are provided, and a hair drier available for your use.
Front and backyard
We have a lovely backyard filled with grass and fruit trees. There is a table and chair set out both the front and back that you can use.

Off street parking is available in front of the unit including space for a boat (please just advise at booking if this is the case).

The beach is our large front yard that you are welcome to explore as you please!
​
We have tennis rackets available and a key to the tennis courts if you are wanting to enjoy a game or two. Kayaks are available on request.
